          Dr. Bill Wittich is a speaker, consultant, and presentation skills coach in the field of association and nonprofit management. He earned his doctorate from the University of Southern California in psychology/ communication, and has authored 9 books in the association management field including: 77 Ways to Recruit Volunteers, 77 Ways to Recognize Volunteers, and his latest: The Care & Feeding of Volunteers. For the past 12 years, Bill has spent 2/3 of his time presenting to organizations.
          Dr. Sherene McHenry has a PhD in counseling and over 20 years of professional speaking experience on the impact that strong relationships, effective communication, and leadership have on organizations, staff, and volunteers. Sherene is passionate about empowering professionals to be more effective on a daily basis and is a member of the American Counseling Association, the National Speakers Association, and past president of the Michigan National Speakers Association.

          Leah founded her own financial services and employee benefits firm eight years ago, after serving and managing of various companies for 17 years. Serving both small businesses and  families, she has become a champion in helping clients reduce costs and to pursue their dreams. She is involved locally in charities, primarily in low socioeconomic areas, meeting personally with families and youth in need. Leah teaches a class called "Thinking Differently" at a local in-house long-term drug rehabilitation facility for women.
